Keller is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant based out of our Tampa, FL location. Responsibilities Prepare and process company credit card charges, to include matching credit card receipts and job costing for the related charges Maintaining digital wallets to ensure that they are up to date and accurate Communicate with supervisory team regarding any questionable expenses Help to Process AP invoices Research AP Vendor StatementsHelp accounting department on other projects as needed. #keller1 Qualifications Previous experience performing the responsibilities detailed above preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required. A High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be detail orientated Excellent communication skills Willingness to work with others in a team environment Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. #keller1
