Position Overview We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a passion for working with children to join our growing pediatric therapy team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient-centered, and enthusiastic about helping children of all abilities develop strength, coordination, and confidence. Responsibilities Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Work one-on-one with pediatric clients to help improve motor skills, mobility, strength, and functional independence Document patient progress and collaborate with therapists, families, and other team members Maintain a fun, safe, and engaging treatment environment Communicate clearly with parents and caregivers regarding progress and home exercise programs Qualifications Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program Pediatric experience preferred, but new grads with a strong interest in pediatrics are welcome to apply CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for helping children succeed What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for career growth A rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives Employment Type : Part Time Salary : $30 - $35 Hourly Bonus / Commission : No
