Managing Veterinarian (DVM) – $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Salary : $100,000–$150,000 / year (based on experience) + performance bonuses

Location : Lake Park, Florida

Your Role

As our Managing DVM , you’ll :

Provide both medical and non-medical leadership to our veterinary team

Foster a culture of collaboration, education, and compassionate care

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the highest medical quality

Partner with ownership to guide the hospital’s strategic direction , advance protocols, and support continued growth

This position is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys leadership, mentoring others, and building lasting relationships with clients and team members alike.
