About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a 1st year Investment Banking Analyst to join our CIB Leveraged Debt Capital Markets team. In this role, you will :
Required Qualifications
6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated interest in the financial markets
Strong credit analysis skills
Well-developed analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Bachelor's degree with academic distinction and coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance
Experience in investment banking
Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work, and / or extracurricular activities
Dedication to building a career in investment banking

Ability to work additional hours as needed
Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire
Registration for FINRA Series 63 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire
Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire
Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire
This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.

Additional Compensation Details
Base Pay : $110,000
May be considered for an annual discretionary bonus
Pay Range : $90,000.00 - $150,000.00
