Pay : $47-58

Status : Full-Time, Per Diem

Sign On Bonus up to $5,000

Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and create personalized care plans

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions

Support functional mobility, strength, and independence

Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care teams

Document progress and adjust plans as needed

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of CA

Support offered in transferring of license

This position is open to PTs at all experience levels.
