Role Overview : .Net Software Engineer III – MES Team
The Software Engineer III will primarily focus on designing, coding, and deploying software solutions that enhance Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and related applications. This role is deeply technical, requiring strong programming skills, system integration expertise, and the ability to develop scalable, automated solutions for manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong documentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Ability to work overtime when required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certified Manufacturing Technology Professional (CMfgT), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or ISA-95 Certificate Program for MES and manufacturing process integration.
Certifications in Rockwell Automation MES , Siemens SIMATIC IT MES , or Oracle Manufacturing Cloud to demonstrate advanced MES implementation and maintenance skills.
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) for system audit and compliance, and Project Management Professional (PMP) for MES project leadership.
Certified MES Professional (CmMESP) and Kubernetes certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) for container orchestration and automation.
A+, Microsoft Certifications (MCPD, MCITP, MCTS) are a plus
Any relevant certifications in automation, scripting, or cloud technologies that enhance MES integration and scalability.
Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, APIs, and ecosystem tools (Helm, Kustomize).
