Job Summary :

The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in maintaining positive client relationships. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls, provide product and service information, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally

Provide accurate information about our products and services

Process service requests, work orders, and follow-ups in coordination with project managers and technicians

Schedule appointments and update job statuses in the company system

Maintain organized customer records and update client account information

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and billing questions with patience and professionalism

Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth project flow

Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, invoicing, and data entry

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in construction, glazing, or a service-related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer use; experience with QuickBooks or similar platforms is a plus

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
