Role : Clinical Pharmacist

Setting : Hospital - Inpatient

Schedule : Full-time, Days

Responsibilities :

• Review medication orders and monitor patient responses to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans
• Provide drug information and education to healthcare staff and patients
• Oversee pharmacy operations during your shift, including supervising pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff
• Manage preparation and dispensing of medications, including sterile IV admixtures
• Ensure pliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Utilize advanced pharmacy technology to support patient care and pharmacy workflows
