Role : Clinical Pharmacist
Setting : Hospital - Inpatient
Schedule : Full-time, Days
Responsibilities :
- Review medication orders and monitor patient responses to ensure safe and effective medication use
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans
- Provide drug information and education to healthcare staff and patients
- Oversee pharmacy operations during your shift, including supervising pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff
- Manage preparation and dispensing of medications, including sterile IV admixtures
- Ensure pliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Utilize advanced pharmacy technology to support patient care and pharmacy workflows
Qualifications :
B.S. or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of PharmacyActive Oklahoma Pharmacist license in good standingBLS certification (required within 90 days of hire)ACLS certification (required for Code Blue attendance)Minimum of 1+years of recent or current inpatient hospital pharmacy experienceReady to join a team where you can truly make a difference?
