About The Position

Job Title : Surgical Technician

Profession : Surgical Technician

Specialty : Technician

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : NOC 12 Hours

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in the operating room within the last 3 years, ideally 3 years. Minimum 1 year of travel experience in the last 3 years.

License : Certification required

Certifications : Must be certified with NBSTSA or NCCT.

Must-Have : Level 1 Trauma experience (at least 1 year out of the last 3). Strong skills in General, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Trauma, Robotics, Transplant. Ability to scrub all cases listed.

Description :

All shifts will be rotating (days, evenings, nights).

Call and weekends are required.

Call can be during weekdays and / or weekends.

Weekends may include Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Call response time is 30 minutes.

In-house call rooms are available for use as needed.

Candidates must have previous travel experience.

This position requires proficiency in scrubbing for all listed cases.

Strong competencies (3 or 4) in the mentioned specialties are essential.
