Responsibilities
What You'll Do :
Sell auto, home, and property insuranceCross-sell within a large existing book of businessWork a robust database of leads provided by the agencyProspect, network, and develop new business opportunitiesConsistently meet daily activity and production goalsMemorize and execute sales processes to drive resultsUse our lead management system to :Stay organized and maintain a pipelineCreate follow-ups and remindersNotate and track prospect conversationsKeep client / prospect data accurate and up to dateFollow all compliance standards and maintain professionalism in every interactionRequirements
What We're Looking For :
Proven sales experience required (any industry)Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and driven to succeed under daily activity / production expectationsAbility to learn, follow, and execute structured sales processesMust obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (at own cost initially; reimbursed upon completion)Must be able to pass a background checkComfortable working in a compliance-driven environment
