We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects in Manhattan. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent client-facing skills.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate HVAC service projects for commercial clients
• Supervise and mentor service technicians and field staff
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards
