This role will focus on :

The Customer service Administrator is responsible order entry of Customer orders into AX ERP system.The representative must ensure that all data is accurate and complete.The Representative must also ensure that any changes to existing orders are updated in a timely manner and communicated to the Inside Sales group.

What you’ll be doing

  • Direct entry of Customers orders into AX ERP system
  • Ensure all relevant supporting information is included and stored with the sales orders entered.
  • Monitor / Maintain delivery dates of customer sales orders to ensure they are aligned with customer expectations.
  • Communicate changes / update to product lead times or inventory availability to Inside Sales Team as necessary.
  • Work with Order fulfilment and warehouse operations for any questions related to customer shipments.
  • Update sales order information on a timely basis to ensure the customer requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Process Credit card orders
  • Provide tracking information of customer order shipments as requested.
  • Attend meetings to improve processes and procedures, may recommend or help drive continuous improvement activities.

To be successful in this role, youwill need :

  • Demonstrated competency in customer service and sales, or relevant fields, showcasing the ability to effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills required to communicate with internal contacts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high professionalism.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Teams. Experienced CRM and ERP user, preferably Microsoft AX / Dynamics
