Substitute Teachers play a vital role in maintaining a positive, engaging classroom environment when regular teachers are absent.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher to ensure learning continuity.
• Manage classroom behavior and promote a respectful, inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Support student learning in literacy, math, and other core subjects.
• Adapt to different grade levels and learning needs, including students with special education requirements or autism.
• Foster positive relationships that encourage academic and personal growth.
• Communicate effectively with school staff and administration regarding student progress.
• Maintain accurate attendance and classroom records.
