Qualifications

• Current State license as an Occupational Therapist.
• CPR certification.

• Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited occupational therapy program, required. Additional training with a Master's or Doctorate's degree in either occupational therapy or management area is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of occupational therapy experience is required.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications, preferred.
