Job descriptionPatient Demographics : Women (Obstetric and Gynecologic care) Admissions : Yes Rounding : Included Case Mix : Full-spectrum OB-GYN care EMR System : Epic (with Abridge AI medical scribe assistant) Office Equipment Available : State-of-the-art equipment; da Vinci Xi surgical robotics Reason for Coverage : 2026 staffing need Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Incentives : $50,000 sign-on bonus, $50,000 starting incentive, $14,000 relocation allowance Bonus Structure : wRVU-based Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Malpractice included Loan Repayment : PSLF eligible REQUIRED PROCEDURES General obstetric and gynecologic procedures Robotic-assisted surgery (da Vinci Xi) Licenses : Active GA license (or willingness to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN Other Qualifications : Familiarity with EMR systems; robotic surgery experience a plus Provide full-spectrum OB-GYN care in a hospital-based setting Participate in 1 : 5 call rotation Perform deliveries and gynecologic surgeries Utilize Epic EMR and AI-assisted documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Support the practice's growth during L&D unit expansion (beginning 2025)
