About the Position

Job Title :  Speech-Language Pathologist (Elementary School – Full-Time)

Contract Group :  North Thurston Public Schools – MSP

Location :  Lacey, WA 98516

Schedule :  Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff.

Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Provide consultative support and training to school personnel regarding students’ communication needs.

Travel between students’ classrooms and other job-related locations as required.

Requirements :

Valid  Washington State Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License

Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification  (must be active, cannot start with a pending ESA)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)  from ASHA

Valid  Washington State driver’s license  and reliable transportation

School-based experience preferred but not required
