Email Marketing Specialist Austin, TX (preferred) | Remote

The Email Marketing Specialist will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns for our dispensaries and brands. From building flows to testing campaigns, this role will directly influence revenue, engagement, and demand creation.

Brand : Driving wholesale demand with stronger CTRs on B2B menu emails, structured campaign calendars, and co-marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with design on creative and layouts.

A / B test subject lines, send times, segmentation, and creative.

Implement list growth strategies at POS, online, and via social funnels.

Develop limited-edition drop calendars and co-marketing campaigns.

Partner with Social Media Specialist to convert followers into subscribers.

Ensure campaigns meet cannabis marketing regulations.

Maintain list hygiene, deliverability, and unsubscribe management.

2–4 years of email marketing experience (CPG, retail, or cannabis preferred).

~ Data-driven mindset with proven optimization skills.

~ Familiarity with cannabis marketing compliance (preferred, not required).
