Responsibilities :
Conduct coaching of all leadersHold feedback and review sessions with team members on a quarterly basisSet vision for the team and ensure buy-in from everyoneReview and set budgetary needs of the businessFollow up with Managers on their areasSupport them as neededGive guidance or help when asked forTrust but always verify while still allowing room / space for ownershipDevelop those around you without being micromanagingEnsure key financial areas are being taken care of and held to a reasonable amountLead and develop the goal setting for key areas of the businessAssist the Shift Leaders and Managers in any operational issues that might ariseResponsible for completion of all responsibilities of Shift Leaders and ManagersKey Activities and Behaviors :
