Responsibilities
- The PPS P&A Program Administrator will provide support to program staff and supervisors through management of human resources, ensuring the selection, onboarding and employee development for teams under their guidance.
- Interprets policy, outcomes management and continuous quality improvement in the assigned territory within the Wichita Region.
- Assist in the management of financial, program, service and community relations resources.
- Consults with Personnel Services and senior leadership to ensure work performance in alignment with agency mission, values and established policies and regulations.
