Position : Data Entry / Office Clerk

Summary

The Data Entry / Office Clerk plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily office operations. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, customer support, and office administration to keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely entry of sales orders into company systems.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to provide coverage and support when needed.
• Handle invoicing, phone calls, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Understand and apply company delivery policies, including order cut-off times, COD procedures, and driver documentation.
• Input and maintain accurate information across various company programs.

Qualifications

Location : Honolulu, HI

Experience : 2+ years (preferred)

Education : High school or equivalent (preferred)
