A company is looking for a Virtual Assist Auto Adjuster - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct remote inspections by analyzing photos and live videos to assess vehicle damage
Review and write estimates, create supplements, and handle total losses for various vehicles
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure high-quality service
Required Qualifications
18 months or more of experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell
Expertise in creating detailed cost estimates for repairs including paintwork and mechanical issues
Familiarity with virtual inspection tools and applications
Strong analytical skills for accurate damage assessment and estimate writing
