Prepare detailed and conceptual cost estimates for a range of construction projects.
Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and conceptual documents.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Analyze subcontractor proposals and ensure alignment with project scope.
Participate in preconstruction planning, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
Support the preparation of proposals, schedules, and presentations.
Collaborate closely with project management and field teams throughout project lifecycle.
