We are looking for an energetic, motivated Entry-Level Accountant who enjoys variety in their work. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with financial reporting tasks, including preparing schedules and supporting monthly and quarterly close activities
- Support basic tax preparation and filings, working with internal and external teams as needed
- Perform corporate accounting functions, such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Help with cost allocation accounting, ensuring accurate tracking and distribution of expenses
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requests
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to gather information and answer questions
- Contribute to process improvements and help streamline accounting activities
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting experience or internship a plus)Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and OutlookClear communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationshipsAbility to stay approachable and professional under pressureWillingness to learn internal systems and toolsTeam-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethicGood problem-solving abilities and curiosity to understand the “why” behind processesStrong time management, organization, and attention to detailFlexible and eager to take on a variety of tasksDependable and proactive in completing assignments
