Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Family Finding Administrative Support : Assist Family Finding Specialist by organizing family search records, preparing outreach materials, and tracking engagement efforts to help locate and connect extended family members and supportive adults
• Administrative Support : Prepare and maintain case files, correspondence, and reports for Foster Care Resource Coordinators and Family Finding Specialists, ensuring accurate documentation and timely data entry
• Compliance Data Management : Collect, enter, and monitor program data to meet state and federal reporting standards, assisting staff in maintaining regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• Other duties as assigned
