Ho'olaulima Government Solutions LLC (HGS) is a Small Business Administration-certified, Native Hawaiian Organization-Owned, 8(a) Small Business that provides services and solutions in the areas of Environmental Services, Information Technology Services, Healthcare Services and Professional and Technical Services to the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement IA security policies and proceduresSecure and protect IA solutions, data, and platformsMonitor and analyze IA systems for potential security threatsProvide technical support for IA security incidents and vulnerabilitiesConduct security audits and risk assessments on IA systemsStay up-to-date with the latest IA security technologies and trendsCollaborate with other IT teams to integrate IA systems with other security solutionsManage access controls and authentication for IA systemsDevelop and maintain IA security documentationImplement backup and recovery procedures for IA systemsPerform other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldSecret ClearanceMinimum of 5 years of experience as an IA System Security AdministratorSolid understanding of IA technologies and architectureStrong knowledge of IA security practices, including data encryption, authentication, and access controlExperience with security compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or SOC 2Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsHGS is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
