Customer Service Representative (Temporary Assignment) Summary LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a temporary assignment supporting a busy service center during a leave of absence. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication and problem-solving skills who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping customers resolve issues efficiently. Location : 750 Progress Parkway, La Salle, IL 61301 Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM Compensation : $20.00 / hour Work Environment : In-office temperature regulated and On Terminal Doc not temperature regulated…PPE Required-Steel Toe Boots Typical Day-to-Day Activities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Track shipments and provide status updates.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to overages, shortages, and damaged freight (OS&D).
• Process billing corrections and documentation errors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Support clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and invoice processing.
