Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and oversee the local technical environment to ensure network infrastructure, video conferencing, and other systems are operational.
- Work with the agency to ensure timely incident reporting and service request entry through ITSM Service?Now.
- Collaborate with the ITS Dedicated Support Team, Workplace Services, and Enterprise Operations teams for timely resolution and escalation.
- Support end?user desktop environment and manage automated updates of PCs and laptops.
- Triage and resolve user access issues and provide basic how?to instruction for common desktop issues and video?conference setup.
- Assist agency staff with ticket submission, training requests, and resource location.
- Familiarize and provide support for video?conferencing equipment, consulting ITS colleagues or vendors when needed.
- Respond to all incoming help calls, provide person?to?person technical assistance.
- Travel to nearby locations when required and participate in technical training.
Qualifications :
Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in end?user desktop support and troubleshooting.Experience with ITSM Service?Now ticket management.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, desktop OS, network and printer troubleshooting.Experience supporting video?teleconference equipment (WebEx, Teams, Zoom).Experience managing support calls and maintaining customer service skills.Understanding of confidentiality requirements (e.g., HIPAA / HITECH).Ability to work independently and guide others; excellent communication and escalation skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Technical experience supporting office?wide PC, laptop, network, and printer / peripheral troubleshooting.Experience operating and troubleshooting video?teleconference equipment.Experience in an IT support manager role for a staff of 75+.Background in a customer?service?related technical support position providing direct in?person support to executive?level clients.Benefits :
