  • Location : Jersey City, NJ 07302 (New Jersey nursing jobs)\n
  • Assignment Type : Travel RN contract\n
  • Contract Length : 13 weeks\n
  • Start Date : November 10, 2025\n
  • End Date : February 9, 2026\n
  • Shift : Nights, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19 : 00 – 07 : 30)\n
  • Total Hours : 36 per week\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $2310-$2470\n
  • Call Requirement : 2x per schedule\n
  • Scrubs : Provided\n
  • Charting System : EPIC\n
  • Holiday Policy : Must be available for 2 of 3 winter holidays\n
  • First-time travel nurses welcome! \n

    • \n\nOR RN Qualifications\n \n

  • Active New Jersey or Compact Registered Nurse license (required at submission)\n
  • BLS certification (required)\n
  • ACLS certification (preferred)\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent acute care Operating Room RN experience\n
  • Experience in both circulating and scrubbing required\n
  • Robotic and ENT surgical experience required\n
  • Experience in orthopedic, vascular, general, thoracic, and neuro surgeries required\n
  • Trauma Level II experience preferred\n
  • Ability to float to other units within skillset\n
  • Submission of work history and Scrub & Circulate skills checklist required\n
  • Professional references required\n

  • Circulate and scrub for a wide range of surgical procedures, including robotic, ENT, orthopedic, vascular, general, thoracic, neuro, and trauma cases\n
  • Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Level 2 Trauma Center\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled\n
  • Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records\n
  • Adhere to hospital policies, including holiday and weekend coverage requirements\n
  • Float to other clinical units within scope of practice as needed\n
