Sr. Analyst, Broad-Based Compensation

As a Senior Analyst, Broad-Based Compensation, you will help build an innovative, competitive, and cost-effective compensation strategy for Inspire Brands. You will support the development and implementation of scalable compensation programs with focus on attracting and retaining talent. A strong analytical background and ability to adapt to change in an evolving, global, and matrixed work environment are key to success.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Consult with HRBP's, talent acquisition, and business leaders on a range of day-to-day compensation needs including market analysis for new positions and promotions, job descriptions, and addressing retention concerns.
• Support the annual and anniversary salary planning processes including salary structure analysis and maintenance, system and program administration, communications, and salary budgets.
• Collaborate on administration of company variable pay programs and processes. Partner with Finance on planning and accrual processes.
• Develop cost models and forecast analyses to help inform, influence, and execute business decisions.
• Collaborate on compensation system design and enhancement. Conduct audits of employee compensation data and participate in system testing / setup.
• Support design and maintenance of job architecture and career level framework, including job codes, definitions, levels, pay bands / ranges.
• Maintains company job description library and administers market pricing processes and tools. Manage salary survey participation and procurement.
• Participate in various compensation-related projects and initiatives.
• Evaluate current programs to identify continuous improvement opportunities and make recommendations for enhancement. Stay abreast of trends and best practices through networking and research.
