Key Responsibilities

Handle high volume outbound calls to obtain patient charts from providers and doctor offices

Perform daily data entry while adhering to established operating procedures and HIPAA regulations

Work independently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely access to patient records

Required Qualifications

1+ years of call center customer service experience is required

Experience in healthcare and medical records is a plus

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to toggle between applications and screens with ease
