We’re hiring Customer Enrollment Representatives to help customers enroll in AT&T’s latest cutting-edge solutions. In this performance-driven role, you’ll be the first point of contact, the friendly face, and the more-than-occasional therapist for every AT&T customer in San Diego. We probably won’t require you to fix the coffee machine, but we’ll definitely help you fully understand Wi-Fi while also giving you the chance to earn unlimited commissions.
Your Daily Mission as a Customer Enrollment Representative
Engaging with customers to enroll them in AT&T wireless and internet services
Recommending the best plans based on actual needs (not just vibes)
Closing sales with confidence and a smile
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments
Following up with leads and answering questions like a telecom guru
Collaborating with team members to hit enrollment goals
Staying updated on product knowledge (we’ll help)
Reporting performance metrics and tracking your own growth
