• This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who is ready to personally handle a wide variety of civil litigation matters from the outset, through discovery, and on to mediation, arbitration, and / or trial.
• The ideal candidate has experience handling their own caseload, court appearances, discovery, depositions, and expert depositions.
• Opportunities in SIU (examinations under oath) and large loss / catastrophic claims.
• Trial experience a plus but not required, however, we are looking for individuals in our large loss team who have prepared and worked up matters for trial including taking and defending expert deposition
