- Shift differential - All night shift employees receive a 10% shift differential. This equates to 10% of your hourly wage. For example - 12 hour night employees starting at $20.00 / hour receive $2.00 / hour differential for a starting rate of $22.00 / hour.
- Off Shift Vacation Incentive - Night shift employees at Tessy have the opportunity to gain up to an additional 32 hours of paid time off per calendar year. For every 60 hours worked, employee earns 1 hour of additional vacation time up to a total of 32 hours annually.

- Job Summary :
The Warehouse Clerk level I, II and III is responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with the daily processes of the warehouse including the operation of various power industrial vehicles (PIV) as well as the tracking, searching and reporting of inventory using procedures put in place by the Supply Chain Manager and / or Warehouse Manager. This position must work collaboratively with other departments within Tessy to ensure a safe, efficient and effective warehouse environment.
Duties and Responsibilities :Level I1. Assists with storing and / or loading and unloading of materials, safely and independently while using various Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV) such as sit down and standup forklifts and powered pallet trucks.
2. Uses electronic, computerized equipment, such as inventory scan guns, to assist with preparation, visual inspection and routing of materials, for storage, shipping or production use.
3. Tracks, searches and assists in warehouse moves based on an understanding of Tessy Work instructions and FIFO procedures.
4. Ability to perform forklift battery maintenance, PIV pre-trip inspection and basic preventative maintenance and daily reporting.
5. Perform shipping related tasks using outside carriers such as UPS and / or FedEx.

There may be additional duties assigned by your supervisor based on business needs.Minimum Qualifications :A High School Diploma, GED and / or a minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.Possession of, or ability to obtain, Tessy Plastics PIV license.Possess an attention for detail with a high degree of accuracyLevel I :Basic computer experience / proficiency.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, and SOPs, as well as write routine reports and correspondences.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Must apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to problem solve involving several variables in working situations.Participation and successful completion of powered industrial vehicle (PIV) random drug testing pool.Preferred Qualifications :6 months IQMS experience.Job Type : Full-time
