Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a

Travel - Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Shift :

Days / 6 : 45a-5 : 15p, 10x4, 40 hrs  per week,

working Tuesday through Friday

Length :  13 weeks

Holidays : As needed

Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence

Requirements :

WI license

Minimum 2 years of PT experience

Previous Travel required

Skillset : Outpatient

Education Requirement : Masters or Doctorate in PT

• AHA BLS

Other Details :

• No new travelers - at least 1 completed contract required
• Unit Info : Hospital setting, primarily outpatient with some inpatient

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
