Overview

Job Title : Project Manager / Architect (Hybrid / Flex Schedule)

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience
• Degree in Architecture
• Michigan Architectural License or ability to obtain one in short order.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Demonstrates success in building and growing client relationships.
• Understands how to navigate large, complex projects strategically and effectively.
• Project experience includes commercial, senior housing, medical, and municipal
• Academic planning and design experience - K-12, Higher Education experience, but not required
• Strong relationship and customer service aptitude.
• Experience with proposal management, construction process, facility assessments
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and / or Revit.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Comfort visualizing solutions and articulating to clients. Ability to efficiently plan and schedule project concerns, milestones, and deliverables.
