Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Veteran Disability Assessment Specialist

Make a meaningful impact by serving those who served our country. We are seeking a compassionate NP or PA to perform focused, in-person disability evaluations for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA benefits process— no treatment, no prescribing, no on-call .

⭐ What You’ll Do

Conduct in-person physical assessments for Veterans

Review and interpret electronic medical records

Document findings and complete VA-required forms

Provide clear, evidence-based medical opinions

(Note : The VA—not the provider—determines disability ratings.)

Position Details

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM

Caseload : Only 3–5 Veterans per day

Setting : Onsite, predictable workflow

Provided : Computer + all documentation tools

What We’re Looking For

Empathetic provider passionate about supporting Veterans

Strong clinical judgment & documentation skills

Tech-comfortable and detail-oriented

Professional, patient-centered communicator

✅ Requirements

Active, unrestricted NP or PA license

Comfort with EMRs and online documentation systems
