Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner physician employment in Georgia : A long-standing and trusted comprehensive health center located in Atlanta has an opening for an experienced Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This provider will provide services to include patient consultation, and primary management of people living with HIV and other chronic infectious diseases as a part of a large, integrated care team with the goal of providing whole-person care in the outpatient setting.

• Work in a team environment with social workers, care management, integrated behavioral health, pharmacy, nutrition, physicians, and advanced providers
• Will consider full or part-time employment
• Outpatient only
• No nights or weekends!
• Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 am-5 : 30 pm
• Requirements
• Certified Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner
• Experience working with HIV patients
• American Academy of HIV Medicine Certification would be a plus
• Experience working in population health management
