Job descriptionProvides direct, individualized patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Maintains a safe and therapeutic milieu. Enhances own professional growth and development. Reads, discusses and evaluates current research. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing / hospital policies and procedures. Demonstrates cost containment in the position of patient care. Performs other duties as assigned. Bachelor of Science in Psychology or a related field. Internship or previous experience in dealing with psychiatric patients. Current CPR certification with the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. Hourly Pay Range :
$24.86 - $37.29 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
