Job Summary :

The Health, Safety & Security (HSS) Senior Specialist plays a key role in advancing a world-class safety culture across Grand Teton Lodge Company’s six resort operations. Working at the intersection of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Fire & Life Safety, and Security, this position partners with HSS leadership, National Park Service (NPS) representatives, resort management, and corporate stakeholders to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of accountability, care, and engagement. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in one of America’s most iconic national parks while directly influencing the safety, health, and well-being of employees and guests. The Senior Specialist will not only execute inspections, recordkeeping, and compliance functions but also serve as a safety ambassador, building strong communication networks, delivering impactful training, and inspiring others to embrace our core value : Be Safe.

The Health, Safety & Security Senior Specialist will influence and support the company’s EHS / HSS strategy to achieve world-class safety performance in the travel and leisure industry. Primary responsibilities include :

Hospitality, Retail, F&B, Culinary, Engineering , Marina, and Guided Adventures.

Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis, Jenny Lake Lodge, Gros Ventre Campground, Jackson Lake Lodge, Colter Bay Village / Marina, and Flagg Ranch.

The expected pay range is $24.00 / hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
