Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored massage sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based techniques. Conduct client assessments to establish suitable treatment plans and ensure optimal care. Maintain precise and current client records, including treatment notes and progress monitoring. Maintain & grow your clientele while providing education on the advantages of massage therapy, self-care routines, and post-treatment care. Engage in collaboration with other community massage therapists and other holistic minded team members within our clinical setting. Maintain a hygienic, professional, and inviting treatment environment consistently. Stay informed of industry-leading massage practices and pursue continuing education opportunities. Qualifications Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License (LMT) Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques (e.g., deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and / or lymphatic drainage) Solid grasp of anatomy, physiology, and pain management strategies Exceptional communication and client service abilities Aptitude for devising and executing personalized treatment plans Prior experience in a clinical or integrative care setting is advantageous Keen interest in professional growth and ongoing education Environment & Culture Healing Waters of Raleigh Colon Hydrotherapy is situated in Raleigh, NC, within a contemporary, inviting clinic tailored for holistic care.
