Responsibilities :

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly chair-side manner, prioritizing the patient's needs.
• Be fully engaged and punctual for all assigned shifts.
• Assist the dentist and hygienists during procedures, anticipating their needs with precision.
• Take, develop, and present high-quality radiographs accurately.
• Review patient charts and document health histories and treatment notes efficiently.
• Prepare and sterilize equipment and the work area according to established guidelines.
• Help maintain patient flow and assist in managing the schedule efficiently.
• Address patient questions and educate them about procedures and care.
• Collaborate positively with team members to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Support front office staff in scheduling follow-up visits and tracking lab cases.
• Monitor and manage dental supply levels when assigned.
• Promote Sonrava's services and products to patients.
• Participate in daily huddles and complete assigned checklists to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Follow OSHA safety policies and Blood-borne Pathogens regulations.
• Complete all required training through our Learning Management System.
