What you will achieve

As a Graphics and NPU Technologist, you’ll be responsible for defining and driving the execution for Dell’s graphics and NPU strategy for all client products. Your strategy will be driven by customer needs, competitive insights and technical innovations that enable Dell leadership in displays across the entire PC product portfolio. You’ll work with CTO peers, architects, business strategists and marketing, shaping the future of graphics and NPU technology in the modern AI PC era.

You will:

• Define and execute the graphics and dNPU strategy across hardware, software, and architecture to enable industry-leading AI experiences
• Lead R&D efforts in graphics and dNPU technologies to deliver cutting-edge desktop and notebook solutions
• Drive and influence industry standards that support and advance the strategic vision
• Leverage AI/ML for innovation, enabling breakthrough technologies and product capabilities
• Collaborate and mentor across teams, including marketing, engineering, and suppliers, while contributing through technical innovation and IP generation aligned with long-term business goals

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in graphics and NPU technologies and architecture preferably in PC products
• Demonstrated track record of impactful innovation and industry thought leadership
• Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders and technology partners to drive strategic outcomes
• Strong understanding of PC graphics and NPU hardware and software system design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Desirable Requirements:

• Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a Master’s degree (EE or ME); or 8+ years and a PhD; or equivalent experience

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $229,500 - $297,000.
