Speech-Language Pathologist-Pediatrics

Central Florida Therapy, a leading pediatric therapy clinic in Sanford, FL, is seeking a talented and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in helping children with communication disorders reach their full potential. This opportunity may be structured as either a contracted or employee position. The SLP will provide services in local schools, ABA centers, and preschools throughout the North Seminole County area.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Provide therapy sessions to address speech, language, and communication goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care
• Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and write reports as needed
• Educate and involve parents / caregivers in therapy goals and strategies
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology
