Salary : $60-75 per billable hour

InnerSourced Solutions is seeking to hire a part-time, clinically licensed therapist to provide individual and family therapy for adults and adolescents. This is a contractual, part-time position with full-time potential. Part-time positions require a minimum of 10 billable hours per week of direct client contact each week. There is also a possibility for this to be a full-time, which requires a minimum of 20 billable hours or direct client contact per week Must be available for remote clinical consultation monthly pursuant to CARF standards.

You create your own schedule (mornings, afternoon, evening and weekend hours), see your clients and generate your notes in our HIPAA-compliant, EMR system (inSync) within 24 hours of the provision of services.

Your Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide weekly individual and / or family sessions to clients using various therapeutic modalities
• Provide complete and timely documentation to support services rendered in our HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based EMR system.
• Effectively communicate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a timely and respectful manner
• Strict adherence to COMAR and CARF standards both in practice and in documentation
