Cloud Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to join their global technical support team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues for customers

Act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic customers

Manage support for Media, Web, and Enterprise customers

Required Qualifications

2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience providing technical solutions and support

Familiarity with Linux / Unix-like operating systems

Knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols such as DNS, TCP / IP, and HTTP

Proficiency in one or more web programming languages (Java, Python, Shell scripting)
