A company is looking for a Client Services Project Coordinator to support project execution and ensure high client service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project execution, including kick-off meetings, deadline management, and client status reporting
Collaborate with internal operational groups to coordinate deliverables and meet project objectives
Respond to client communications and provide project reporting and documentation
Required Qualifications
1+ year of work experience with direct client / customer contact in a professional environment
Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience preferred
Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to gather and process information efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Self-directed with a strong ability to manage and resolve complex tasks
