About the Role
We're looking for an intellectually curious, highly driven Strategy & Operations professional to join our CEO Office. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who wants to accelerate their career by solving the most critical challenges of a fast-growing business, directly alongside the CEO, Chief of Staff, and executive team. You'll act as a trusted thought partner to leadership, taking on ambiguous, high-leverage problems and turning them into scalable, executed solutions. Whether it's leading cross-functional initiatives, refining the company's operating model, or driving forward our strategic priorities, you'll have end-to-end ownership and a seat at the table where decisions are made. This is an ideal role for someone with a consulting, finance, or operator background who wants to move faster, take on more ownership, and help build something with real-world impact.
