Head of IT

A company is looking for a Head of IT to oversee its corporate IT operations and ensure secure and efficient technology solutions for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Set the IT vision and roadmap, including endpoint lifecycle and IT service management

Run a world-class help desk and ensure fast, friendly employee support

Manage vendors, licensing, and establish IT policies for procurement and business continuity

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in corporate IT & infrastructure

Experience in healthtech or regulated industries is a plus

Proven ability to manage teams of 10 or more individuals

Hands-on expertise in MDM / endpoint platforms and ITSM tools

Familiarity with ITIL practices and scalable process development
