The Impact You'll Make

  • Your daily responsibilities will include :
  • Providing direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders.
  • Monitoring vital signs and observing patient behaviors to assess treatment responses.
  • Working closely with Registered Nurses to communicate findings and implement care plans.
  • Building meaningful relationships with patients to understand and support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs.
  • Celebrating patient achievements along their rehabilitation journey!

    • Qualifications

  • Current LPN / LVN licensure in accordance with state requirements.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preferred : One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital environment.
  • Preferred : Experience in rehabilitation settings.
