THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO COORDINATOR
As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you support the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations and maintaining high health and safety standards. Working alongside the Studio Manager, you help achieve company and studio-level goals. This part-time, entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn the business and develop relevant skills.
Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience
Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga Core Values at all times, inspiring othersSupport the Studio Manager in achieving goals related to membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, recruitment, and programmingCommit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week, including health and safety protocols, front desk duties, and team supportBe flexible with scheduling to support studio operations and team needsServe as the point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is unavailableMaintain studio supply inventory, ensuring cleanliness and amenities are always availableEngage with the studio community, greet students by name, and foster a welcoming environmentSupport teachers with POS and other pre / post class dutiesCoordinate and Execute Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol in the Studio
Uphold high standards for cleanliness, safety, and studio environmentCommunicate health protocols to studentsSupport the Studio Experience Team with cleaning, stocking, and protocol adherenceAssist in scheduling, training, and leading orientation for the Studio Experience TeamCommunicate and coordinate operational systems, including POS, reservation system, subbing application, and HRISTeaching Schedule
Support the class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week and assisting with subbing as neededSkills & Experience
Demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core ValuesExcellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skillsCustomer service experience required200-hour Yoga Alliance certification preferred; Yoga Sculpt training is a plusFamiliarity with studio systems such as HRIS, POS, scheduling, and payrollAbility to build relationships with diverse individualsThrives in fast-paced environments, with strong prioritization skillsSelf-starter with enthusiasm for new projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)College degree (BA / BS) preferredThe Fine Print
